Job summary

Cura Health is seeking a devoted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an overnight role at our Minnesota facility. You will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support the nursing staff to ensure a safe, compassionate environment.

We value reliability, strong communication, and a patient-focused approach. The position offers an overnight schedule (10pm-6:30am) with weekend work and a $4 shift differential to base pay.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification is required.
• Prior CNA experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
