Job summary

Signature HealthCARE at Summit Manor Rehab & Wellness Center is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate direct resident care under licensed supervision. CNAs support ADLs, monitor vital signs, and help maintain a respectful, safe environment aligned with facility policies.

Applicants must hold a valid state CNA certification and demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability to changing resident needs.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Assistant certification from state where the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.
• Function independently, and have integrity when working with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and resident plan of care.
• Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, and other information.
• Routinely turn and position residents and maintain hygiene.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff, as requested.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervising team.
