Qualifications

• CNA certification in good standing with NJ Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents.
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes.
• Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and ADLs.
• Maintain a hygienic environment and safe patient handling.
• Act as liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.
• Assist with moving and repositioning residents as needed.
• Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment.
