Brookwood Skilled Nursing & Therapy is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Nursing department on full-time shifts (3-11, 11-7; weekend rotation as needed). You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and support mobility and comfort in a non-exempt setting.

The ideal candidate will have CNA certification or be eligible, pass a background check, and bring experience from skilled nursing or long-term care.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-term Care environment preferred.
• Current CNA certification or eligibility preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily living activities and deliver meals; provide water and nourishment between meals.
• Aid patients with personal hygiene including baths, bedpans, and mobility assistance.
• Provide additional care such as ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths.
• Check vital signs and accurately record information in residents’ charts.
