Job summary

OnShift, Inc. is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for our Hawthorne, CA facility. The CNA will provide personal care to residents under supervision, assist with activities of daily living, and help keep the unit organized.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification with completion of a CNA program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including booster(s).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Good physical health to lift/move residents, with or without accommodation.
• Compassion towards residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care for residents under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assistance with daily living activities including dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, activities.
• Maintaining organizational flow to keep the unit running smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned.
