Job summary

OnShift, Inc. in Hawthorne, CA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our nursing team. The role supports residents with personal care under supervision of a licensed nurse, with shifts AM and PM. The position is non-exempt and paid $21–$22 per hour.

Qualified applicants will have active CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, be fully vaccinated, and able to read, write and speak English. Physical stamina is required to assist residents and move patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain unit organization and smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Organizational skills are required to keep the unit running smoothly
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Scale:

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
