Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greater Indiana North is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide patient care under supervision within a hospital setting. You will assist with daily living activities, observe patient conditions, and follow policies to ensure safe, compassionate care.

The role requires a CNA certification and current BLS; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior experience in a hospital, rehab, or SNF is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) where required by state where the hospital resides. Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience: None required. A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care activities under supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Do not administer medications or therapies; follow hospital policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily living activities and deliver compassionate resident care.
