PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington in Indiana is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The CNA provides patient care activities and supportive services under the supervision of a nurse, while not administering medications.

The role requires adherence to hospital policies and compassionate patient support. Education and training include a high school diploma or equivalent, CNA certification as required by state, and current BLS.

Formación

• Education and Training: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) where required by state where the hospital resides. Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience: None required. A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides patient care activities and accommodative services under supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse.
• Does not administer medications or therapy or assume independent responsibility for patient care.
• Adheres to PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines; performs other related duties as assigned.
