Qualifications

• Completion of required nursing assistant course.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional nursing personnel in providing patient care in assigned area.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, provide personal care, emotional support and perform more complex clinical skills under supervision.
