Job summary

Waterview Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Westchester County, NY, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our subacute rehab and long-term skilled nursing care team. You will provide routine daily nursing care, assist with feeding, hygiene, and mobility, and help create a calm, respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Holds NYS CNA certification in good standing.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; adapt to varying resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents.
• Assist with feeding, hygiene, and personal care.
• Assist with transportation, lifts, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to supervisors.
• Create and maintain a calm atmosphere on the unit/shift.
• Document resident care properly per procedures.
