Job summary

Baptist Health in Downtown Jacksonville seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Oncology Progressive Care Unit. This full-time night position (36 hours/week, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) supports the care team at Baptist Medical Center Downtown.

You will perform daily living activities, monitor safety, collect specimens, document EMR, and assist with intake/output. BLS and CNA license are required; HSD/GED preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA candidates with compassion and focus on quality patient care.
• BLS certification required; active CNA license is mandatory.
• Education: None required, HSD/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists RNs in patient care and daily living activities.
• Maintains a safe environment for patients.
• Collects lab specimens and monitors intake/output.
• Documents in the EMR and supports care coordination.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the nursing team.

Baptist Health is looking for a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Oncology Progressive Care Unit . This is a full-time nights position working 36 hours per week, 7:00PM to 7:00AM located at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, FL (Downtown).

We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistant candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and focus on providing quality patient care. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) assist RNs supporting in the care of patients. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN).

Certified Nursing Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Patient activities of daily living
• Maintaining a safe environment for patients
