Qualifications

• Must have CNA/NAR/HCA license in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Must be able to read/write/speak English sufficiently.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow residents' ADL directives.
• Chart daily notes on residents' conditions and report changes.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
• Assist in admission and discharge of residents.
• Record vital signs and assist transfers/ambulation.
