Job summary

Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our nights team. As a Full Time Night CNA, you will provide direct patient care, assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and help residents in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting.

We support ongoing training and a supportive work environment, with focus on compassionate, individualized patient care and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Florida.
• Pass Level 2 background screening via the Florida Clearinghouse.
• Ability to work full-time night shifts.

• Assist with vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and incontinence care
• Assist with vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and dignified environment
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and services provided
• Participate in Shift Reports and other meetings as required
