The role involves providing direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living, and promoting residents\' comfort and wellbeing in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Evening shift runs 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, full-time position with opportunities for advancement. You will collaborate with nursing staff to monitor patient changes, participate in care

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with transferring patients, lifting, and moving them safely
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Support patients with daily living activities, such as mealtime and toileting
• Participate in patient care conferences and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
