You will provide patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse, document vitals in EMR, assist with ADLs, meals, and mobility, and participate in department operations, safety, and AIDET/SBAR communications.

Qualifikationen

• At least six months of CNA experience in a hospital.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read instructions and follow verbal directions.
• Ability to learn and work independently.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient care including ADLs, mobility, and safety.
• Document vital signs and other observations in EMR.
• Assess patient diet restrictions and allergies.
• Operate glucometer and ACT Plus analyzer with proper QC.
• Maintain department inventory and report equipment issues.
• Communicate using SBAR and apply AIDET principles.
