Job summary

Treutlen County Health & Rehab seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, delivering compassionate care and maintaining a safe environment. You will work closely with licensed nurses and the care team to monitor changes and ensure dignified treatment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition

• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care
