Job summary

Orchard Health & Rehab is hiring a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our night shift team in Georgia. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, assist with daily activities, and support nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable with a commitment to excellence and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members

Starting Pay: $16.80 to $18.35/hour. Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends. Weekly pay.
