Job summary

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time night shifts in Dawson, GA. You will support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and collaborate with nurses to ensure high-quality, safe care.

Starting pay ranges from $15.75 to $18.15 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. We offer benefits, paid time off, and weekly pay in a nonprofit, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
