Job summary

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated CNA for full-time night shifts. Starting pay is $17.63 to $18.68 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends.

Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered, including health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), and life/disability insurance. As a CNA, you will build meaningful relationships with residents, assist with daily living activities, and support mobility and positioning while maintaining a clean, safe

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
