Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Medical Intensive Infirmary (MII) team at Johnson State Prison in Wrightsville, GA. The shift is 7PM-7:30AM with rotating weekends.

You will provide direct patient care, support patients with complex medical needs, and collaborate with Registered Nurses, LPNs, physicians, and a multidisciplinary team in a structured environment with clear workflows and security support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification required.
• One year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, residential care, a physician practice, or correctional healthcare preferred.
• Current PPD tuberculosis screening.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain facility security clearance.

Responsibilities
