Job summary

Winthrop Health & Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver dignified daily care to residents. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and collaborate with nurses to ensure safety and comfort in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible)
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members

Pay: $18.71 to $21.00/hour

Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends
