Job summary

Heritage Oaks is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide dignified daily care for residents in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Full-time roles with evening, night, and weekend shift differentials offer weekly pay and career growth within a compassionate team.

Starting pay ranges from $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
