Job summary

Heritage Oaks is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team. You will build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their daily needs with dignity and respect in a non-profit, mission-driven setting.

As a CNA, you’ll assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents’ conditions, and collaborate with nurses to ensure high-quality, compassionate care. Join us for a rewarding role where teamwork and respect are valued daily.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
