This opening is for a dynamic FULL-TIME Gero Psych Certified Nursing Assistant (7A-7P) (7P-7A)

A CNA creates a safe environment for patients, saves lives when necessary, provides hope, empowers patients, and teaches new tools for coping for patients. The CNA provides dirrect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Primary responsibilities include the provision of a safe and therapeutic milieu, cirsis intervention, individual/famil education groups and activities of daily living.

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant Job Requirements

• Required:High school diploma/equivalent
• Current license state nurse aide certification (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Required one year of long term care,medical surge and/or gero psych experience.
