Timberlyn Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation in Great Barrington, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will assist patients with daily activities, provide companionship, and support the nursing staff in caring for individuals with neurological or behavioral health needs.

Weekend Baylor shifts are available (Saturday and Sunday, 7a–7p) with pay for 32 hours. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, comprehensive training, and a fulfilling role

Qualifications

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing.
Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with neurological or behavioral health patients.
Compassionate, patient, and able to work well with individuals facing unique challenges.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
Monitor patient behavior and report changes to the nursing team.
Help with mobility and physical therapy activities.
Maintain patient records, documenting and behavioral observations.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
