Join our team as a Float Pool Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Erickson Senior Living. Our CNAs support residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to meet their needs.

Location:

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living

Compensation:

$21.50-$26.50/hour, plus biweekly float bonus and shift diffs

Hours:

12 Hour Night Shifts, 24 hours a week

Responsibilities:

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Implement personal care plans focusing on residents' preferences and routines
• Support resident activities and programs
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs in a timely manner

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of CNA experience
• QMAP Certification
• Current Colorado CNA certification in good standing
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic computer skills
