Bloomfield Care Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate, patient-focused team in Bloomfield, IA. You will assist residents with daily activities, observe changes, and maintain a safe environment while following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate.
• Provide ADL assistance to residents.
• Observe resident condition changes and report them to the nurse.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment and follow infection control procedures.
• Follow care plans and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nurse.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Bloomfield Care Center by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
