The Certified Nursing Assistant is specifically trained, competent, and performs assigned functions of personal care to the patient in their residence under the supervision of the registered nurse (RN).

Responsibilities

• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges. Ensure personal care needs are met per the care plan.

• Review care plans daily for updates or changes to the care routine.

Qualifications

• CNA license certification prior to hiring.

• Current CPR and fingerprint clearance card.

• Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred.

• Experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Transitional Rehab preferred.

Pay Range
