Cape Fear Valley Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Emergency Department team in Elizabethtown, NC. This full-time night shift position supports patient care, assists with admissions, and helps maintain a safe, clean unit to ensure excellent care delivery.

The successful candidate will hold a CNA certification, be registered in NC, and demonstrate English proficiency, teamwork, and the ability to follow nursing plans. BLS is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Current NC Division of Facility Services registration.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Assist in admission of patients to the unit and orient to the unit.
• Respond to patient needs with direct assistance or report as appropriate.
• Assist with implementing the nursing plan of care by carrying out delegated tasks.
• Help maintain patient safety and proper use of equipment and supplies.

Observes and reports abnormal occurrences or changes in patient condition.
