Davita Inc. is offering a paid training course for aspiring nursing assistants in Wisconsin. The 120-hour program prepares students for entry-level positions in healthcare, focusing on essential tasks and certification. Successful candidates will participate in both classroom studies and clinical experiences, receiving competitive hourly pay for their training.
Thank you for your interest in joining the rewarding field of health care. This nursing assistant training program is designed to prepare students for an entry-level position in nursing homes or other health care agencies. The nursing assistant will be able to perform tasks that provide personal care to residents and support nursing practice. This course prepares the student to successfully complete the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Competency Examination to be placed on the Wisconsin Registry as a Certified Nurse Aide.
The 120-hour course consists of classroom study and clinical experience, both held at Clearview. Classroom activities include lectures, audio-visuals, procedure demonstrations, return demonstrations, and written quizzes. Students are responsible for attending and participating in all classroom activities.

Classes are held Monday-Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Weeks 4 & 5 from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
***Class times may vary based on majority interest/availability. PM class times are 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
*Please note: Successful applicants will be paid for training hours if they accept at least a Flexi status C.N.A. position with Clearview and remain employed for a year. Applicants not accepting such a position will need to pay the $350 course fee prior to class start. The fee includes all materials and state exam fees.
