Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and related activities as directed.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient care.
• Maintain professional relationships with associates and vendors.
