Job summary

Qualifications
- CNA license in Missouri is required.
- 6+ months of direct care experience or recent CNA training clinicals.
- Reliable, compassionate, and a strong team player.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, compassionate care to residents.
- Assist with daily tasks: bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting.
- Help with ambulation and mobility support.
- Answer call lights and perform frequent resident rounds.
- Keep rooms tidy and comfortable.
- Ensure resident safety and comfort.
- Report changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Work as a valued part of a caring team.
