Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Fayetteville, NC and surrounding areas to provide in-home care to seniors and clients with illnesses or chronic conditions.

Earn $16 to $20 per hour with flexible scheduling including 8-hour shifts and 7 days a week options. The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, independence, and work-life balance while delivering compassionate support in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Must pass background and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent and active North Carolina Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors and those with illness, injury or chronic disease in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, eating and nutrition.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Collaborate with a team of home health nurses and aides to follow the care plan.
• Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring changes in care, meds or equipment.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease in their homes
• Help with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Work with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed
• Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

• Reliable transportation
