Qualifications
Responsibilities:
  • As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
  • Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients, conducive to safety policies, procedures, and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
  • Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of patients per established policies & procedures.
  • Identify, document, and report changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
