What You'll Do as a CNA

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
  • Promote comfort, dignity, and independence
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Support residents with mobility and physical activities
  • Communicate clearly with residents, families, and fellow staff

Requirements

  • Active CNA certification in PA
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required
