Summary of Duties

Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, documenting medication assistance, preparing residents for medical testing, maintaining cleanliness, escorting residents, reporting changes in condition, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA or obtain certification within 4 months of hire.
• Experience as a CNA preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move throughout the workday, reach, bend, and stoop.
• Ability to see and hear adequately or use prosthetics.
• Ability to push, pull, or move at least 100 pounds with proper body mechanics.
