Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Up to $17.07 - $1,500 Hiring Incentive

Join Noland Health Services, Inc. as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and earn up to $17.07 per hour, plus a $1,500 hiring incentive.

Job Summary

The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, following their assessment and care plan.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, eating, grooming, toileting, and vital signs.
  2. Document medication assistance as directed.
  3. Help residents prepare for medical tests, activities, and visits.
  4. Maintain residents' living areas, including cleaning and changing linens.
  5. Greet and escort new residents upon admission.
  6. Report changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse immediately.
  7. Ensure residents' personal care needs are met according to their wishes.
  8. Transport residents for appointments and activities.
  9. Assist with lifting, turning, and repositioning residents as needed.
  10. Record blood sugar levels using appropriate equipment.
  11. Use Smart Charting IPAC to record ADLs and meals.
  12. Complete incident reports promptly.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be a certified CNA or obtain certification within 4 months of hire. Prior CNA experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements
  1. Ability to move throughout the workday.
  2. Ability to reach, bend, and stoop as needed.
  3. Good vision and hearing, or use of prosthetics.
  4. Ability to push, pull, or move at least 100 pounds with proper body mechanics.
  5. Stand/walk for 75% of the day.
  6. Manage mental and emotional stress effectively.
