Responsibilities:

• Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients, ensuring safety policies, procedures, and regulations are followed.
• Assist in safe lifting and transfer of patients according to established policies and procedures.
• Identify, document, and report changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor.
