Cantex in Texas is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for a 2 PM to 10 PM shift. You will provide routine resident nurse aide care, support patient independence, and ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.

• As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to the safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures.
• Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.
