Position Overview

As a Nurse Assistant at Trilogy, you will:

• Learn new skills and earn more through our Apprenticeship Program
• Participate in daily nursing reports and take detailed notes
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, turning, lifting, and transporting
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions and make independent decisions as needed
