Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily nursing care and support to residents at our Harrison Trail Health Campus in Harrison, OH. CNAs will follow each resident's plan of care and provide companionship, compassion, and assistance with activities of daily living.

You will work with a caring team to ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being while delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active state CNA certification required or preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily living activities (hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, transportation).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure resident comfort and well-being.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
