Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Licensed STNA (CNA) in Vermilion, OH to provide daily nursing care and companionship in alignment with each resident's plan of care. You will work with a team to support residents' comfort and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, observing changes, and reporting them promptly. The role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and collaboration within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED/HSE.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification is required.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
