Delray Medical Center, part of the Palm Beach Health Network, is a 536-bed acute care hospital serving southern Palm Beach County. A CNA in this role supports the RN or LPN in patient care during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Dysrhythmia and 12-lead EKG courses preferred.
• Experience: Prior Monitor Technician/Unit Secretary preferred.
• Certification: Florida CNA license and BLS certification required.

A certified nursing assistant (CNA) is responsible and accountable for assisting the RN or LPN in patient care.

Qualifications

EDUCATION. Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent; Preferred: Dysrhythmia Course; 12-lead EKG Course

EXPERIENCE. Previous Monitor Technician/Unit Secretary preferred.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:
Current Florida C.N.A. License
Current American Heart Association BLS Certification

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
None required.
