Job summary

Delray Medical Center, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse for per diem days to deliver high-quality nursing care and coordinate patient care plans. The role emphasizes safety, infection control, and discharge planning to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold Florida RN licensure, and possess BLS certification; additional ACLS/PALS/EKG credentials are preferred to support emergency readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Preferred: BSN.
• Prior clinical experience in area of expertise preferred.
• Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida. BLS Certification.
• EKG certification, ACLS and PALS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe, cost effective total nursing care to all patients.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
• Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QA, Infection Control, with the goal of discharge planning to an optimum level of care.
