Job description

Healthcare Staffing Professionals, Inc. is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to work in a skilled nursing facility in Beckley, West Virginia. A successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and will be able to meet submission and compliance deadlines, as positions are limited and submission timelines are approaching. Location:

Beckley, West Virginia

Contract Length:

6 months with the possibility of extension

Shifts:

7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (you would need to be flexible to pick up either shift, and will most likely start on the Night shift)

Payrate:

Standard: $22/hour, Travel: $25/hour ($15/hour + $10/hour stipend). Overtime after 40 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate and high-quality care to residents/patients in a psychiatric hospital setting.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record vital signs.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents/patients.
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and families.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • WV Cares certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate and dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
  • Must be available for flexible scheduling.
