Job summary

Allure of Mendota is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our care team in Mendota, IL. CNAs support residents with meals, hygiene, mobility, and daily activities while ensuring safety and dignity under HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Illinois CNA certification is required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend and walk regularly; lift up to 100 pounds; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hydration and nourishment.
• Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, turning and positioning.
• Monitor resident stability by checking vital signs and weights; record intake and output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Complete required documentation including forms, reports, logs and records.
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity; comply with HIPAA guidelines.
• Follow company policies and all regulations (including JCAHO when applicable).
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, dignity, and comfort of our residents. We are seeking compassionate and experienced CNAs to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning

Pay Rate:

Up to $22 per hour

Shift Hours:

• Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Shift Differentials Available:

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM: +$1.00/hour

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM: +$1.50/hour
