Job summary

Allure of Mendota is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate team. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with pay up to $22 per hour, plus shift differentials on evenings and nights.

You will support residents with meals, personal care, mobility, and daily activities in a respectful, HIPAA-compliant environment. If you are CPR certified, hold a current Illinois CNA license, and can communicate effectively in English, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hydration, and nourishment between meals.
• Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning.
• Monitor resident stability by checking vital signs and weights; record intake and output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Complete required documentation including forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity; comply with HIPAA guidelines.
• Follow company policies and all federal, state, and local regulations (including JCAHO when applicable).
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
