Job Summary

Assist patients with activities of daily living, provide basic nursing care, and help maintain a safe, clean environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Communicate any changes in the patient's clinical condition to the RN or LPN. Collaborate with staff to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Must obtain a Certified Nursing Assistant certification within 120 days of employment.
• Minimum Work Experience: Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Required Skills:
  • Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
  • Licenses: Valid and active Certified Nursing Assistant license for the State of Tennessee within 120 days of employment.
