• Sign on Bonus $3000
• Daily Pay Available

1-3 years experience: $15.00 - $17.00, 5 years or more: $17.00 - $19.00

San Antonio West Nursing & Rehabilitation is currently seeking talented CNAs to join our team!

Shift options: 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10-6 with a wagon wheel schedule

The primary purpose of the CNA is to ensure the highest quality of resident care, support staff, and establish a positive community reputation while embodying Eduro HealthCare Values: wellness, compassion, customer experience, and company results.

CNA responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing patient comfort using available resources and materials.
• Transporting patients safely.
• Responding to patients' call lights and requests.
• Reporting patient observations to the nursing supervisor and documenting actions taken.

CNA Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing in the state of employment.
• Experience with geriatric patients is a plus.
• Successful completion of a recognized training and competency evaluation program.
• Completion of required orientation.
• Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
• Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
• No criminal activity, confirmed by background check.
• Familiarity with and compliance to all relevant regulations.
• Provide satisfactory evidence of identity and employment eligibility within three days of hire.
