CNA Responsibilities:

1. Provide a full range of care in an interdisciplinary environment.
2. Document and chart patient care accurately.
3. Ensure residents and their families receive the highest levels of care.
4. Must be able to properly lift, turn, move, position, and transport residents.
5. Assist residents with baths, showers, personal grooming, feeding, and toileting.

Essential Requirements:

1. Must be a graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the PA State Board of Nurse Examiners.
2. Must currently be registered as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the State of PA.
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Able to work cooperatively with a larger team to provide the best patient care.
5. Time management skills.
